I’m super pleased with the work done by Ace to repair the Hardie Board siding on my house. The team was professional and timely. All of my concerns were addressed in an expedient manner.
Did a good job at a reasonable price. Came on time and cleaned up debris afterwards. Estimate was clear and had labor and product warranties. Did a good job on my daughter's home also.
The Ace Home Improvements team was very responsive and put no pressure on us to rush the purchase or install. Once we decided to move forward the install was promptly scheduled. The installers arrived just when expected and did an excellent job removing the existing door and frame and installing the new door. The technicians were professional and courteous. Highly disappointed in the work down by ACE on an outdoor kitchen installation. The work took 4 years to complete, despite multiple contacts with the company. Because of a faulty gas line installation, the fire pit ultimately had to be removed. In addition, no regulater was installed on the gas line to the grill which caused a mini gas explosion. These are high level safety concerns that ACE did not address in a timely fashion. I would not recommend their company for any home improvement work.
Eric and his team did a great job replacing the door and custom transom on our house. Pricing was very fair, and the entire Ace team was very communicative during the entire process.
