I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. A technician came to my home to inspect my AC unit and said they would return later the same day to fix it, but they never showed up. They also promised to come the next day and still haven't arrived, and it's already 4 p.m. To make matters worse, they asked for and received a deposit, and now I'm out of that money with nothing to show for it.
