I had a rough visit to Ace a couple of weeks ago, and it was mostly due to an employee named Ethan. He was kind of rude and didn’t seem to have a handle on his job, which made getting help a hassle. The worst part was watching him get upset and yell, even cursing at customers in the store. It was awkward and honestly off-putting. I’d expect better from Ace, and I hope they sort this out. For now, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Great for the little needs around the house. Wish they carried hay and feed.
The guys in this Ace are great! I just moved here from Florida and have some crazy requests for "things" in the 200 year old house I'm renting. And they also sell some excellent raw local Honey from a local beekeeper!!!
