We booked 2 limos through Ace and we received confirmation emails for both. They did not show up at all. When we called to ask what was going on we were repeatedly hung up on. They said we were not on their system. We had prepaid for both limos. We received a refund immediately after our phone calls and when speaking with them they said that we were not in their system. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Pre-booked a limo paid a lot of money. They did not show up. They did refund me after the fact but I had to book another service last minute for way more money. Save yourself the trouble and don’t use this service.

Terrible service order a limo that never showed up completely ruined our event. When calling in no answer and no explanation. Avoid this company at all cost

I paid $170 for a limo for my girlfriend's birthday. The limo never showed up, and they wouldn't answer the phone when I called. They also never responded to my voice mail. Then they had the nerve to ask me to leave a review. We had to take transit. This business is a joke, spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK! THEY RUINED MY WEDDING We hired a 36-person bus from this company to bring 35 guests from 3 hotels in Richmond to our destination wedding in Squamish. I gave them clear instructions that the pickup should be at 2 pm, and arrival should be before 4 pm (it's about a 1-1.5 hour drive, so I gave some leeway for pickup and departure).
