Spectacular bar staff. Fun, chicky, downright upbeat.
Best Dive Bar on the planet in my books!!! Lively but chill vibe atmosphere, cheap drinks, an incredible mix/mosaic of all different kinds of people from A to Z like nowhere I've ever been, and everybody is friendly/talkative, just out to have a good time. None of that clickish, only-our-kind, where everybody turns their head if you walk in & dont fit the club. Golden's most legendary dive bar. Dark, cold, and cavey. And mostly full of regulars (even in a town as touristy as Golden). Happy Hour, with $3 domestic pints, twice daily (the way God intended): 7-11am and 3-7pm. Stop by when Daytime Dani is working, she is the best!
Quite the dive bar. I've never seen urinals so close to each other in the men's room. My hazy little thing had some 'sediment' in it...did not look like that but that's what the bartender said...pool was fun! Not sure I would come back, but a good one-time experience.
