Absolutely horrible company.... They don't care about anyone. They will leave disabled people site for HOURS.... Dispatch does not care how long you wait. I wait 3 hours in the heat.... Today stuck outside because my Dr office was closing. Waited over an hour. HORRIBLE COMPANY
The associates that work for this company do not know how to drive. They risk the lives of their customers that are inside their vehicles, as well as the surrounding vehicles that are driving on the road. To be exact, there was a maroon van driving acrossed hayes in 23 mile at 8:05 am exactly (utica). They almost ran into 4 vehicles knowing that their lane ends.
