Apparently, their drivers don't understand stop signs and then get annoyed when people who don't have stop signs keep moving.
The lack of driving skills is impeccable.
The drivers do not drive with care at all. Whoever was on route in Madison heights to Hazel Park at 4 pm kept honking at me for refusing to speed. The first was at a light where there were numerous cars in front of me and the driver started immediately honking when the light turns green even though everyone was going already. Then they swerved off the freeway entry lane at the last minute. I hope there wasn’t anyone in the car cause that looked violent. If you get this transport I recommend you cancel your appointment because it takes them hours to get you back home
Absolutely horrible company.... They don't care about anyone. They will leave disabled people site for HOURS.... Dispatch does not care how long you wait. I wait 3 hours in the heat.... Today stuck outside because my Dr office was closing. Waited over an hour. HORRIBLE COMPANY
