The drivers do not drive with care at all. Whoever was on route in Madison heights to Hazel Park at 4 pm kept honking at me for refusing to speed. The first was at a light where there were numerous cars in front of me and the driver started immediately honking when the light turns green even though everyone was going already. Then they swerved off the freeway entry lane at the last minute. I hope there wasn’t anyone in the car cause that looked violent. Absolutely horrible company.... They don't care about anyone. They will leave disabled people site for HOURS.... Dispatch does not care how long you wait. I wait 3 hours in the heat.... Today stuck outside because my Dr office was closing. Waited over an hour. HORRIBLE COMPANY
The associates that work for this company do not know how to drive. They risk the lives of their customers that are inside their vehicles, as well as the surrounding vehicles that are driving on the road. To be exact, there was a maroon van driving acrossed hayes in 23 mile at 8:05 am exactly (utica). They almost ran into 4 vehicles knowing that their lane ends. Drivers are inconsiderate. Cut me off and flipped me off when he was exiting business parking lot. Horrible!
