Dr. Wali is good, he solves my hypertension. I used to take 3 pills, Dr. Wali replaces 2 of them with a new one, so my blood pressure goes down from (145-155)/(95-100) to 130/80. I am in the process of continue observation and adjustment if needed.
It is disgusting that receptionists act like god ,gatekeepers, and Doctor , denying a phone appointment based solely on Doctor Chen's October directive, which is patently ridiculous when you have a genuine question and concern you would like to discuss with a DOCTOR not a medical receptionists ,forcing you to look for another doctor ...Addresses the appalling medical system and people that have no care for patients ...
I had to ask a question about my upcoming appointment but the staff did not answer the phone. I try every single day for 4 days but unfortunately nobody answered.
The endocrinologist seemed polite, but my overall experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The clinic repeatedly demanded outdated documentation from 2015 with no clear explanation for why it was necessary. Even after I explained that these records would be difficult to obtain (including being from another province and nearly a decade old), there was little effort made by the clinic to help coordinate, request the records properly, or offer realistic alternatives. Honestly this office is Amazing. I have worked with Dr Ham and he is so caring and he takes his time doesn’t rush you at all and will have a conversation answering all of your questions. His front desk are absolutely amazing. You do not need to ever explain anything don’t even need to say who you are, as soon as you call they know your name, your issues and are very fast to book an appointment or reschedule.
