The endocrinologist seemed polite, but my overall experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The clinic repeatedly demanded outdated documentation from 2015 with no clear explanation for why it was necessary. Honestly this office is Amazing. I have worked with Dr Ham and he is so caring and he takes his time doesn’t rush you at all and will have a conversation answering all of your questions. His front desk are absolutely amazing. You do not need to ever explain anything don’t even need to say who you are, as soon as you call they know your name, your issues and are very fast to book an appointment or reschedule. Dr Wu simply does not know much about hypothyroidism and treatment. Did not order the correct tests, so I pushed for the correct ones. When the results came back she interpreted them incorrectly, and did not know that with secondary hypothyroidism you are supposed to increase the medicine until the proper range in test results is achieved. (This is explained in the synthroid product sheet!) Needs to go back to school for basic training.
I have never had such professional, quick and clear communication as I have had with Victor in this office. Victor leaves you not wondering whether your photos etc arrived because he sends a quick note to let you know that they were received. I feel very well taken care of in this office. You are so fortunate to have Victor as your front end staff as this is truly what is a huge representation of your office. Thank you for your attention to detail Victor and your clear communication.
