My delivery appointment was at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but I was not assigned a door until 11:00 AM. It is now 12:00 PM, and they still have not started unloading me. What is the point of scheduling appointments if this warehouse does not follow them? Because of this delay, I may lose my next pickup and have already wasted half of my day here. I understand that some drivers arrive early and the warehouse may try to unload them sooner, but this should not come at the expense of drivers who arrive on time for their sch... read more
Have delivered live to this location multiple times and have consistently experienced excellent turn around times. Good people doing a good job keeping us all moving.
Had a 1000 am appointment. Got there at 700 am and had to wait for a door until 930 am. Took 1 1/2 hours to.
