My delivery appointment was at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but I was not assigned a door until 11:00 AM. It is now 12:00 PM, and they still have not started unloading me. What is the point of scheduling appointments if this warehouse does not follow them? Because of this delay, I may lose my next pickup and have already wasted half of my day here. Have delivered live to this location multiple times and have consistently experienced excellent turn around times. Good people doing a good job keeping us all moving.
Had a 1000 am appointment. Got there at 700 am and had to wait for a door until 930 am. Took 1 1/2 hours to.
Excellent experience. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. I checked in 2 hours before my appointment time and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything moved. I was in and out in just 1 hour and 20 minutes. The facility is well organized, and the bathrooms are very clean. It’s always nice to see a place that treats drivers with respect and values their time. There is no overnight parking on-site, but a QuickTrip truck stop is only 2 miles away, making it a convenient option for drivers.
My appointment was 12 noon checking at 8 morning getting door immediately and unloading 1 hour no overnight parking
