Friendly, wonderful staff! Clean store, huge selection!
Julio in the service center is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Had to travel a bit to get here as they are the area's primary Ego service center. But Julio explained everything and made sure I knew how the service center operates.
Went to return an item. First time visiting that location. Larger than most Ace Hardware Stores. Staff was very friendly and processed my return without question. Would recommend going, I'll be at their prices are higher than big box stores.
I was shopping at Ace this week and lost my car keys. Every employee I incountered were courteous, kind, and extremely helpful. Madeline was at the check out line. She offered to let me use her phone to call a family member and walked thru the flower area looking for my keys. Zack called my daughter. Juan, Zack, Johnny, and Natail also searched thru the store and flower area, also. Juan found my keys in the geraniums!!!!
