BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not purchase online from Ace Hardware. They have the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I recently ordered 5 sets of Christmas lights. I received a tracking number and anxiously awaited the package. A small box arrived in my mailbox from USPS. The box was 10”x8”x6.5”. This box only fit 2 sets of lights in them. No other package or tracking was sent. No packing slip was included. I immediately reached out the same day to let them know the issue. Worst place I’ve ever been employed! The morals they “follow” they don’t. Don’t even apply don’t waste your time. I worked here for 8 months just to be told “it’ll get better just give it time” it never once got better HR is a joke! Larry does not care especially if you’re working night shift. You’ll get little to no information from your managers, you’ll be expect to work overtime with little to no notice! Some nights they don’t even tell you personally they just expect you to know.
