Brought in an OEM key blank to have it cut, while cutting the key it shifted and the employee said "oops it moved but I think I can still make it work". The key did not work and I was told by the manager Marc that because it wasn't one of their keys that they would not do anything to correct their mistake, but I am free to pay them $200 for one of their keys. While on vacation, we stopped in at the local ACE Hardware store in Evanston, WY. They had the product my wife was looking for, but not a shower bar “Wall Plate” - most hardware stores don’t. It was open on a Sunday. Clean, organized and all the associates are nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Something about small town ACE Hardware Stores that makes them the Giant!
