We bought a new refrigerator from you guys on a Sunday 7/26/26 and had it delivered on Tuesday 7/28/26. Everyone who had a part in this sale did a great job helping us with this. The delivery went smoothly, set up was quick and easy. Shout out to Alecia and Dan for the Awesome job! I sent a good review to who I thought was the Ladysmith store, turns out it went to corporate. I think I finally made them aware of the Ladysmith store and they should be reaching out. Thanks for great customer service at the local level.
Stopped in when I desperately needed to find a propane pigtail hose while on a camping trip. Don was SUPER gracious to work directly with me upon entering the store and get me the right parts. After driving 40 min each way I needed this type of help and so glad Ace Hardware was able to provide that and get me back ASAP. Thanks again Don! You made my day.
