Great service
Had an issue that was ruining the kids long weekend. Needed a new tube for a quad wheel. I didn't think it was that bug of a deal. But my 5 yr old disagreed. So off to buy a tube. Tried a few shops in town, nothing for the size I needed. Was recommended Ace, so as a last ditch effort, walked in. Pete met me at the front door, big smile, asked what I needed help with. Good to have a bit of competition with HH but I reduced the rating as they would not take back an unused defective item. The manager would not even talk to me. Employee said: manager >> NO RETURN. Going to navigate the court system!
Didn’t have exactly what I needed but everyone was helpful and friendly and directed me to where I got what I needed.
