I’ve really “tried” with this store? But the Vibe is just so strange? I can’t figure out if it’s owner’s working there or just strange employees? But I give up!? I’ve lived in Bisbee since B&D was Ace…and I even worked at B&D many years back? I like to work on all kinds of things too? This should be my place? Very Uncomfortable!!! I always like to come to ACE, from boss to all employees, all are very friendly. Today I was in a big need to fix my tool for landscaping. Andy went extra mile and perseveringly searched for the problem and solved it to my great delight! THANK YOU ANDY. 🤲
Lots of workers having a great time. No one offering help. Today anyway.
The associates at this store are always friendly and knowledgeable. Rarely out of an item; they keep supplies reordered which is nice Their prices are on par with the big box stores (many times less!). My go to for hardware supplies.
