The helpful place.
We were visiting and fixing up a place in Bisbee when we had to stop in to Ace with only 10 minutes to spare before closing. We picked up a few things and asked if someone might be able to drill 2 holes in some furniture we were putting together so we could finish the task. Tyler immediately got his drill and set us up in less than 2 minutes…all before closing! He was awesome! Nice to know we had someone who was willing to help us out by going above and beyond.
I love my local Ace, but have found it impossible to use the app or Website since there’s an item I bought that won’t leave my shopping cart, and after several calls to tech support and complicated and impossible actions they have asked me to perform to solve it, I am giving up. If I can’t find the item I need at Ace, I will buy it through Amazon!
So the older lady greeted me was very friendly and I said hello and Immediately after the younger heavy set lady at the left register started laughing very loud as if she were laughing at me ... I don't know what it was but I felt very uncomfortable due to her. Also as I walked out she saw me walking out and not even a word ...very uncomfortable. Needless to say I didn't make my purchase there due to feeling unwelcome I believe her name is Samantha who was laughing .
Lots of great goodies for a homemaker.
