There was a change of ownership about 4 years ago and it is for the betterI suspect that the old owner wa burned out. So far there has been a lot of improvement in the service and attitude. We need a local hardware store this store has good management now.
BUYER BE AWARE!!! I purchased a pair of pliers that their employee picked out at 10:50am. I went back to the store around 2:30pm and wanted to exchange them. I was told they didn't take back tools. The cashier stated that the person that rang me should have told me that, and written on the receipt, no returns. Which neither happened. I wanted to exchange them for another item at a higher cost and asked to speak to a manager. The lady that I spoke to was very rude and said I couldn't exchange them.
