The place to go for the hard to find part The people who work here have been very helpful in helping me find that hard to find part. I don't even try the large box stores when I need an O ring, a special screw, etc.
Poor custome service I went to the Gilroy store on the morning of july 3rd to buy a folding camp chair that was advertised for $4.99 and was told that they were out of stock. I asked if I could have a rain check and was informed(by the store manager) that they could not issue one, but if I wanted that chair I could order a case of six and pay the freight $15.00 to the store. Bad service Every time I have been in this store I have had trouble getting help, and the emplooyes are not knowledgable. Prices are competetive. They do not stock much beyond very basic things. This is a very small hardware store, so they specialize in the most used hardware items for your home, and don't carry the more specialty items.
