I will not go to this store anymore, I ordered 2 items for $24 so they don’t have what I ordered so they refunded my money back only $15 and your ace’s promotion won’t work for this this store.

I usually go here to buy stainless nuts and bolts for a sail boat renovation I'm doing. The old guy in the fastener department needs to retire. He's always been rude and bossy. Today I brought with me exactly what I needed and I could have found them in 2 minutes, instead, he insisted on finding it for me and proceeded to treat me like an idiot. I just needed one metric nut which I found in the hardware drawers. I like going to Ace hardware stores bc I just need one or two things, not a multi pack that I don't need or forget where one put it.
Definitely improved since ownership/management change. Hours are more consistent (used to close early without warning) and the employees know their stuff.
