Best Probably the best store of its type that I have ever seen. Have everything. Prices are higher than Home Depot, but can't imagine what life would be like in our area if they were not there. I'm always amazed. Thanks Ace of Lafayette!
neighborhood hardware have you vistied home depot where you can wait for a long time before you get someone to help you and that someone is a new employee? at ace hardware, they always seem to have experienced handy man type that walks around. i have been extremely happy with their service after I moved to lafayette 14 years ago. I recommend the store to anyone.
Ace This store has a lot of great stuff. It is clean, organized and has a great selection. The staff here are very helpful and they make key copies in the back.
Ace Hardware The store itself is jam packed with lots of great stuff and is clean, neat and organized. The floor staff are friendly and helpful and can often assist you if you really don't know what the heck you're looking for. However, the cashiers leave a bit to be desired in the customer service area - they are generlly surly and perhaps would be better suited to stocking merchandise in the back room.
