Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, I was able to get what I needed and out of store quickly.
Everyone there has an attitude except for the guy with the blonde hair on top of that if you’re ordering something that needs to be cut, they ship you and then charge it a full amount
I am an 80 year old man who knows nothing about plumbing or anything else about DIY. I went to this store to get ONE part for a broken faucet for $13.99. I was erroneously told I needed another part for $21.99. When I went in to explain what happened and get a refund, it was denied because I couldn't return because the old faucet pieces were thrown away in the most arrogant way possible. After 20 years, adios Ace!
Very, very dissatisfied with this store bottle lawn more didn't work properly. And they refused to take it back. Don't even want to work with you on it. I wouldn't go there anymore. Tried to be nice and use the small hometown hardware store Vs the big box store. At least the big box store would take the lawn mower back. If it didn't work, not these guys do not recommend them for nothing.
