One of our favorite Ace locations. Always friendly, always professional and always have what we need. We make it a point to stop here every time we’re in town. 😊
Staff unknowledgible, customer service is mediocre at best, and they dont carry half of the things I assume they should. So, I dont normally shop here unless its a last resort kind of situation.
Online order. I walk in and three cashiers are smilling. I ask about order pickup they say yes. Im standing there and Nobody really knows what's going on. Keep smiling. I look around and some security dude gives me a sneer. Stihl, noody knows whats going on. Long story short after I was given my order they asked me how I was going to pay. I already paid. Really awkward experience for them.
