Lowe's answer to a missing part (the kick board) is to replace a brand new dishwasher instead of ordering the part. No compensation to the home owner to have to take another day off for the installation. They wanted to do the same thing with the refrigerator when the ice maker wasn't working in the first 3 hours. Do not buy anything from this place. Go out of the county to get what you need.
