If I could give 0 stars I would. Called in to try to get some info on getting a key cut and had a lady pick up with a nasty attitude. Thursday July 23rd at 9:48am, check your employees, very unhelpful and rude.
Love the customer service at this store. Plenty of friendly staff very happy to help locate items, offer helpful ideas. Quick and easy check out. The store is clean and organized.. easy to shop. My favorite hardware store
