10 out of 10 experience, one of the gentleman was able to get me a part using a top secret method I can't share here but he saved me a week and a half of waiting. absolutely phenomenal experience and even though it's a little bit of a drive I plan on coming here for my future hardware needs when possible.
They carried what I needed in and out home depot didn't carry cut to size roll down blinds.
