Not happy with my experience here. I ordered a DeWalt 4mm 1/4" socket and a 12mm wrench online. When I picked them up, I checked the bag and found that the 4mm socket was missing. I was told it was out of stock and would be special-ordered, and that I would receive a call when it arrived. I never received that call. After about a week, I contacted the store myself.
