Never ever try to exchange a defective part. They're computer system does not allow it. You will have to buy the part again and wait potentially indefinitely for your refund to appear because no employee can tell you when it will be refunded. They will also not give any receipt indicating you are receiving a refund, so you have no further course of action.

Ace has one of the best selections of bolts and screws. Definitely a lot better than Home Depot. Employees are always super nice, helpful and always greets you when you walk in.
