James A and Johnathan saved the day. I was working on finalizing a major project. Client wanted mulch from this particular location in her area . First visit in the garden center was ok. However I had purchased the wrong mulch. Upon returning I went back through the garden center and the person who assisted me wasn't so friendly this time. Stihl dept needs additional staff capable of servicing our stihl items not just sell them - that's on mgmt of this store to fix - my blower was there over a month and not touched so picked it up and took to a more reliable Ace where is was serviced within a few days. Not cool mgmt team !!
they will have most of what you need but it's pricey
