Have visited this store many times when I make trips to Jacksonville. Store has been remodeled and looks great. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Bought something here. It didn't work. They wouldn't let me return it. Never shopping again and I'd advise anyone else not to shop here either. If I could give no stars I would. Edit: For the record, no one ever offered me an exchange. I never refused. That is a blatant lie. If they offered an exchange I would have accepted because the issue was the cutters not working in the first place. It's one thing to not provide customer service, but to lie about it? Crazy low. I will gladly bring the cutters back for an exchange.
