Always have what I need
Horrible service, poor management, and absolutely untrained stuff that do not know the right prices of the items.
Unprofessional and poorly trained management, absolutely not capable of resolving issues. Manager JOSEPH should not have this position, toxic. Untrained sales personnel that adversities one price and then change it at the pick up time. DO NOT GO THERE.
Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. As I walked in, an employee asked if he could help me find anything. I showed him what I had in my hand, and he took me straight to it.
Just wanted to leave a review here. This place is wonderful and the people are always very nice. Best of all for my particular situation they have one of the best selections of metric hardware and fasteners anywhere around. I have a couple of old Porsche’s and I measure the amount of value I’ve gotten from this hardware store in pounds, as in pounds of metric fasteners that are holding my cars together. There’s literally probably more than 50 pounds of their hardware in my car. Great selection and great service.
