Always helpful and they know where everything is in their store. If you need service, this is the place. Helpful and knowledgeable.
I'm so glad I came to this store, is 2/18/2026 17:15, just walked in with no idea of what I need it but a lil idea of for what I needed, Mr. Mark greeted me with a big smile and less than 2 minutes later I had in my hands exactly what I needed and was walking out of the store. What a knowledgeable, cool man. Thank you Mr. Mark!!!
Items in stock but service is rather dry. One of the managers tried to sell me stuff I already had. The other sales people were clueless. Come here knowledgeable and prepared; otherwise, this can go sideways for you as a customer.
Honestly this was my first time at an Ace hardware store, but I will DEFINITELY be shopping there more often. The customer service was amazing, everyone in the store was eager to help and very knowledgeable.
