I had a fantastic experience at the Ace Hardware store in Aventura, Florida, with my husband and kids. The staff was incredibly helpful, always checking in to see if we needed assistance. Abner, in particular, went above and beyond. He took the time to explain exactly how to fix our closet so the shelves wouldn't keep falling. We were all truly impressed with his expertise and attention to detail. From now on, Ace Hardware will be our go-to store for all our needs!
I always find what I'm looking for there
Don’t have car keys made at this location! We purchased a key for over $100, and it sets off our alarm every entry and ignition use. The stores solution was for my wife to open the hood and disconnect the alarm when she uses that key. No refund, not even an allowance toward a different solution. The staff is nice but has no business offering keys that do not provide a realistic solution.
