I recently went to exchange my propane tank because it was defected. They accused me of bringing a propane tank from another store. The manager and an employee made this comment. Ace is the only store I buy propane from Because I hate waiting for a tank at Home Depot. There attitude and remarks were very upsetting to me. I will be buying propane from somewhere else. I shouldn’t have Been charged for the defected tank but what ultimately bothered me was them accusing me of bringing a tank from another store.
Bad customer service.
Lorenzo was amazing !!! He help me and oriented to get the right product for my car damaged just happened and my mirror was broken!!! And know it’s perfect Very nice human being Thank you so much
