Showed up at Gavin’s at 5:00 pm, looking for stainless steel screw 1 inch by 4 inches. Stood back in that area for 15-30 minutes waiting for somebody to help me finally I had to go all the way up front with their announcement that they were closing the store in five minutes. Ask for help. Three gentlemen came back. None of them could help me could not find the screw. Just love this place workers always willing to help and know what they're talking about save so much time. What a great selection of stuff and how wonderful they are to their customers. Other businesses should replicate this place
