Biggest joke of a company I’ve dealt with. I was told I could drop my lawn mower to be worked on under warranty. Cub cadet confirmed that they could send them the parts and after having the lawn mower for 10 days I had to follow up see what the status was and they tell me that the transmission is back ordered lol. Not a single person that works there has a brain cell or they just don’t care about customers.
Came in to get two things with my husband and our 3 sons. We were greeted with smiles which was nice...however, it seemed like there was a worker around every corner watching us and keeping an eye on us and were frustrated that we didn't want any help...it was obvious and we felt very uncomfortable. I couldn't even walk out to our car on my own to grab our coupon without them watching me very closely. We've never had an experience like this before. Clean store and very helpful staff

Good service. Not every tool you purchase has a return policy. Customer service is pretty good and knowledgeable. Prices are ok but not great. On the other side you may pay a tad more but you are in and out in 10 mn. Objectively it's a 3 3/4 out of five.
