Has to be the least helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable staff I've ever come across at an Ace hardware in the country. The ladies up front don't acknowledge you when they take a break in their conversation to stare at you as you walk in. Most of the time the rest of the staff looks fairly confused when you ask them for help. Just a really sad and lazy representation of this brand.
