Always have what I need!
Went in this morning for a new string trimmer and edger. Was met immediately by an associate who helped through the whole process. Really happy with the experience I received at this location. It had a more family feel to it than these big corporate locations. Very refreshing.
Limited selection but helpful staff
I recently tried to return a spark plug socket to Circle Ace Hardware in Warner Robins Georgia and was told they don’t allow any returns or store credit on tools because people might use them and bring them back. While I understand preventing abuse, a blanket “no returns” policy—without clear communication at purchase—is disappointing.
