Very helpful hardware folks! As expected
If I were you I’d beware. While the Haywood Ace Hardware sells Craftsman tools, they do not honor the lifetime warranty that comes with them. As a retailer of Craftsman tools, according to Craftsman, they must honor this warranty but they don’t.
This is my go-to hardware store in Waynesville. They’re always helpful, and that’s a huge part of what separates them from a box store. If they don’t have what you need, they typically tell you where you might find it. Good people all around.
