I frequent Ace Hardware’s all over the country so I am accustomed to their high level of service, but even I was surprised by the treatment I received from staff here. Namely, Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. As a business owner myself, management should be proud of the fact that Josh is on their team.
Ace really is the place with helpful hardwear folks! Dustin immediately greeted me and listened to what I needed, then took me to the tools and talked me through all the options until I was sure of the right one. Thank you, Ace!
Incredibly helpful staff. I went in looking for a tool to remove something from my car, they helped me find it, made sure it worked, and helped me unscrew the couple of pieces that were giving me trouble. Those extra few minutes of help made my day much easier. Thank you guys!
