RecommendedI don’t have the words to put to describe how much every employee in this store has helped me in the last couple days as we are remodeling our farm house. Every employee has been compassionate and knowledgeable!! You guys have gained a life long customer. A special thank you for the main paint counter guy. I can’t seem to remember his name but he’s an older gentleman, I’d say maybe late 40’s early 50’s... you have been amazing!!!! I appreciate every last one of you!!!
Please prepare a staff policy regarding how staff interacts with customers. Post it. Earlier this week I witnessed a staffer defiantly shake hands with a customer, and the customer fake coughed in response. I and the other customers (4 or 5 of us) looked around nervously and rolled our eyes.
Incredible service. I was in today needing parts (and brains) for a kitchen repair project. The gentleman who helped me spent 20 minutest investigating, identifying the (very inexpensive) parts I needed, and helping with installation. I'm a fan for life.
Just got off the phone with them- they are fully open and able to sell patrons ANYTHING in the store. Please realize the gardening/paint/home decor depts in Meijer/Home Depot/Lowe's/Menard's may be closed, but that's because of the 50,000 Sq ft stipulation of the extended stay at home order. You can continue improving your home, gardening, and building stuff by SUPPORTING YOUR SMALLER LOCAL BUSINESSES 😀

What a wonderful people at this store. I purchased a grill for my husband. It was assembled and dropped off on the day I requested. Excellent customer service. It's so hard to come by these days. Highly recommend!
We have been "wowed" by the customer service of Bernard's Ace Hardware. Last Sunday our Traeger grill was delivered by Nick right on time to surprise my husband for his birthday. If a Sunday delivery isn't enough of a exceptional display of customer service, it was over the top when Paul came along on his day off to explain directly to my husband the operations and benefits of the grill.
