RecommendedFriendly service, they have a little bit of everything.
Horrible experience today 10/15 as i waited patiently for Barbara to do a simple return as she assisted a glass cutting customer who came in the store after me. Chose to leave after a while because of terrible customer service.
I like Costello's in Lincoln Park. I shop there often. I like the "small store experience" better than Lowe's or Home Depot. But, I am a REAL AMERICAN, too. Until Ace Hardware steps OUT of politics and restores advertising on Laura Ingraham's show, I will not patronize Costello's or any other Ace Hardware stores.
