Being going since here a kid
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I went into the store in Ashland on July 26th to purchase a garden hose for using a pressure wand that I bought off Tik Tok, and Troy told me I needed an adapter for the hose to connect to the wand and he took time past his schedule break and when I had to leave the store and go home to get the remaining parts, and Troy was on break, Matt stepped in and provided all the parts. The service that both of gave was excellent and I really appreciated it.
These folks were super helpful! I thought I knew what I needed, but they helped me get exactly what I needed to complete my project successfully.
The best Hardware store in Virginia! Knowledgeable people that really care about you and have all the small things. The others don’t carry and willing to help you with it.
