It comes with a heavy heart to have to post and also feel like it's necessary but during this time...what I experienced today was upsetting to say the least. Buyer beware. Ace Hardware in North Bend has suspended returns of any kind until the pandemic is over. The explanation I received is that the policy change was due to safety concerns. If that is the case, why is Home Depot, Costco and just about everyone else in the space not also concerns. I spoke to the manager/general manager and he stated that they received the guidance from headquarters and it’s due to Stategy concerns for the community.
