Customer service here is a joke. Never put a child in the position of supervision or management. Kids these days one, don't listen to.. make up rules as they go rather than following sop and three.. when confronted with factual information complain that you're being aggressive even if you're not. If you don't like dealing with disgruntled customers who are trying to communicate efficiently and you're simply not listening.. quit your damn job. The store here is alway helpful. They're very good at finding what I needed for my project. The people that gives bad reviews probably don't have patience. Because sometimes there's just 2 people working. And always greet me every time I come in and also very professional over the phone. My favorite store.

There’s so many amazing tools. Basically every brand you need. Tool product that you need for working outside they have the staff is extremely helpful and super kind. I really love coming to ace when I need a hard ware store
