Some little teenager standing out front with a bandana over his face refused me entrance because I am medically unable to wear a mask and I informed him that under the Americans with disabilities Act it was illegal to discriminate against me. I asked if that's what he was doing and he didnt say anything but just shook his head up and down and shrugged his shoulders. luckily for me, I'm a local and there is another hardware store that does not discriminate. when this is all over I will never spend another cent at Ace.

Mr. David, The scenario that you have described in regards to what took place at the entrance of the store could surely have been handled differently. We do expect that our sales associates are taking the time to explain that as a company we are requiring all of our sales team, and customers to wear masks while in the store. Was just in here. Customer service is abysmal. Was in line after letting g multiple people go ahead of me. Someone walked up and the clerk just let her cut the line and started ringing her up. I said I am next and leaving your stuff in the counter and walking away and coming back doesn't mean your next. The clerk still rang her up next.

RecommendedSuper knowledgeable staff and great prices! A few years ago, we were looking for some liquid cleaner for our water filtration system and ACE didn't have it. The employee assisting us looked up and found the product and ordered it for us! Our first go to place for just about anything we need!
We had a great time at ladies night!! Thank you for easy returns!!
