My 9 year old car key fob needed a new battery. I went to Ace, they were so nice! The employee promptly replaced the battery and then walked out to my car with me to make sure it worked properly! Great Service! I then went to the garden center, was greeted and quickly checked out with some lovely plants. Sierra Vista is lucky to have this wonderful store staffed with great people.

I just came out of Ace Sierra Vista and can't go home before writing me review. I came ask the way from Bisbee and I use Ego mower fir landscaping. Electrical part started messing up. Man at the store told me, bring it in and in 3-4 weeks you can get it back, we will look at it. Then I was scratching my head, I need it for my job. I asked how much the repair might cost? Manager, very nice lady, came out and asked me to bring it. She checked it out and after few attempts she gave it to me fully working with no eve charge! I ... read more

I LOVE all the staff that work at the ACE Hardware store in sierra vista! Not only do they greet you no matter how many customers are at the checkout counter but someone is always available when you need anything. The store is always clean and organized. I love that place!

I was just in there. I was treated very well. Got what I needed at a good price. Shout out to Sam the cashier. She was very accommodating and friendly. She is an asset. Thank you MG

I love shopping here because there is always someone to help me find what I need in a very short period of time. They are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Truely a pleasure to shop there!!!!
