Superior customer service help is readily available upon arrival inside the store to direct/show you where you can find the item that you are looking to buy. In & out service is quick, easy and a time saver for the DIY shopper.
Can’t say enough good things about Ace. The customer service level is excellent. Associates approach customers and ask if they need help. The guys all know the stock and they are experienced at DIY projects. The big box hardware stores in town are minimally staffed snd the associates usually show where something is, but are not versant in slot-head screws, phillips-head screws and those requiring an allen wrench. This is why i go to Ace. Best all-around hardware store in town .
I stopped by to see of i could get some windows screen done for my son. Who is currently deployed and I was told that it would take a least two weeks. And it would depend on how many orders they had. When I asked the female clerk if I could expedite the process by paying extra, since I am here checking on my son's residence and would only be here in Sierra Vista for only two weeks and wanted to take care of this for him. It was my impression that your staff was not interested in assisting me with my concerns.

I recently bought a brand new Stihl weed eater, and Edgar went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. He took the time to start it up right there in the store, making sure it worked perfectly and showing me exactly how everything operated. The people were very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. And when I returned an item the cashier found my original receipt and did my return with zero hassle.
