I LOVE all the staff that work at the ACE Hardware store in sierra vista! Not only do they greet you no matter how many customers are at the checkout counter but someone is always available when you need anything. The store is always clean and organized. I love that place!
I just came out of Ace Sierra Vista and can't go home before writing me review. I came ask the way from Bisbee and I use Ego mower fir landscaping. Electrical part started messing up. Man at the store told me, bring it in and in 3-4 weeks you can get it back, we will look at it. Then I was scratching my head, I need it for my job. I asked how much the repair might cost? I stopped by to see of i could get some windows screen done for my son. Who is currently deployed and I was told that it would take a least two weeks. And it would depend on how many orders they had. When I asked the female clerk if I could expedite the process by paying extra, since I am here checking on my son's residence and would only be here in Sierra Vista for only two weeks and wanted to take care of this for him. It was my impression that your staff was not interested in assisting me with my concerns.

After a not so pleasant experience at Home Depot, looking for ground cover options, I called this Ace location before heading back to Benson, to see if they happened to have any “creeping thyme” on hand. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone let me know that yes! They did indeed, so I headed right over. The lady in the garden area that helped me did just that… Helped me.
