Much better than Lowe's or Home Depot. Service as soon as you walk in the door!
Made me feel like I was going to steal a $10 breaker because I had on dirty work clothes. Do better..Smile and explain to your customers why you're walking the breaker up to the register. The floor guy barley let me hold it just to confirm it was the correct one. I'm growing so k of this place.
Seth was beyond helpful when picking out a pellet smoker. If that wasn't enough the manager himself came out to greet me, shake my hand and thank me for my business! Lowes you done messed up when you lost this customer! Ace is now my place! You got a customer for life!
I am genuinely disappointed with the staff of this store. Bill is the exception, and has always been helpful and friendly, even making suggestions if you did not have what I was looking for. The main cashier lady and the inventory lady have been rude, patronizing and less than helpful, I simply do not recall their names. More employee’s like Bill would be an asset to your business. I will no longer be using your store. I’d rather risk driving 347 and go to Chandler instead.
