Owned by a hard working and honest family! One of the most well stocked and they have very beautiful unusual gifts. They have a talented buying team. Never seen another ACE Hardware or any Hardware store as nice as White's ACE Hardware. Wish we had a Whites ACE near us!
The cashier was rude and not helpful. I wanted to use my email “coupon” for purchasing my Christmas tree. She wouldn’t look up my phone number or ask for my email address. She made me look on my phone for the email. She was obviously not happy to be there or I somehow irritated her. Surprising, as I usually find the Carmel Ace a nice store. Tracy was the cashier. I think she needs a break. I won’t be back.
We always get great service at White’s Ace Hardware. We recently decided to replace all the bulbs in the gallery with LED’s. White’s offers commercial services at a great price, with exceptional service and you get to buy from a locally owned business.
So friendly and helpful
I'm in the ACE Hardware store once or twice a week, or sometimes I'm there once or twice a day when I'm working on a project. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help.
Cindy at the Paint dept is awesome! Love selection is gardening too!
Love this store!!! Knowledgeable floor help and love the garden center!
