Without a doubt, the people there are friendly and helpful. When walking in, you are greeted with a warm genuine smile by the staff, who will ask if you need any help finding anything. This ACE is a little out of my way, but I don't mind because driving an extra mile for feeling welcome is worth it.
Single female! I purchased a brand new lawn mower ($550.00+tax) from Ace. I went to use it for the first time and would you know the whole wheel and screw came off the mower. I called Ace to see what my options were and spoke to a gentlemen named Billy.
