Tom in Hardware dept. Can and will go the extra mile to help n assist. My bike needed a bracket braced and due to the age of the bracket fabrications n ingenuity was needed. I left Ace feeling blessed. n that my friend you wont find often NOR at dept stores. A genuine n knowledgeable person is employed there n Ace is fortunate to have him among their staff. Thank you to a stranger who made this customer feel blessed n now can call him Tom!! He works in the Hardware dept and Ace ROCKS!! GB.
I witnessed surprising, refreshing, excellent customer service last night. I walked in to purchase paint waiting for my husband. I witnessed two enthusiastic kids helping the associate as he instructed the kids on how to tint and mix the paint their mother was purchasing. I got that hometown, hardware store feel! You can tell the employees truly enjoy what they are doing. I admire Ace for embracing and educating our future workers!

I love this store. There is always a helpful hardware person to help out. The store is clean and well stocked! Tonight they had ladies night for the deer hunters widows. It was great! Snacks and beverages and gift bags, and best of all great discounts!
