Everyone at the store is knowledgable, friendly, & helpful. They have beautiful flowers which in turn make my yard beautiful. I love our riding mower! The one man at lawnmower repair could be a little nicer but I guess as long as he knows how to fix lawnmowers its OK. Wonderful shopping experiences!
I love this hardware store. Within ten minutes of being in the store we were asked twice if we needed assistance. An older man with gray hair helped me find exactly what I needed, and went into detail explaining how and when to use the product. This is normal for this store. Excellent flowers, customer service, and friendly. I dont live in the same county, but I always manage to end up there a few times a year.

This store has everthing from paint to shelfing to bathroom items, you will be suprised at what you find.Every time that I have either called or gone to the store the people have been very helpful and nice.
For nearly 20 years I've been using this hardware store. I'm always pleased with the service and products. Buying a tiny tool to help me work on electronics or renting yard or carpet equipment, this place has never let me down. I am also pleased with the paint department and its vast abilities to help with any project or need. saines hardware is one of the best hardware stores around they allways have what your looking for and the empolyees couldnt be more helpful and friendly
thry have what i need when i need it. if they happen not to have it they will get it for me.they go the extra mile. they are friendly and very helpful. we need more merchants like these guys. they see you and your needs .
