I love ace and this particular store so much, but after two negative experiences with Randy I’m hesitant to ever come back. A year ago when I purchased a tower fan, he dropped the box on face and gave me a bloody nose, when taking it off the shelf and didn’t apologize or ask if I was okay. Super helpful people work here! I came in looking for a specific solution to the problem of my fridge hitting on my kitchen counter. I was offered several alternatives, even if Ace didn’t carry them. It was a painless process and I’m grateful!
I needed a box cutter with blades that are easy to replace. Daniel showed me the best one to buy and then demonstrated how to replace the blades. I appreciate his kind and patient help. Cheryl at the front register was pleasant and a joy to talk to.
