This store is the best. I recently went in and needed help with a screen frame. Dave was fantastic and went out of his way to help me. I also had a paint problem another day and they spent time to find the answer. They are friendly and a great store to go to!
We had a tremendous experience with Dave while buying a grill. He showed us the features and why the grill my wife and I bought was the right grill for us! They delivered it on the day we had discussed and took our old one away! There was was a small issue with the gas tank hook up and Dave came to our house and personally set us up with a new Hook up! LOVE this place. Upon entering staff greet and direct you to whatever isle that has what your looking for. I am scared of chain saws but love my little branch chain saw trimmer. It's great for beginners learning how to safely use it for branch trimming. The staff were knowledgeable courteous and helpful in helping me chose what I can handle for this type of work. Great store, amazing customer service. Was welcomed right away and guided to each of the three products I needed. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Plus they had some Pokemon cards
I so rarely give reviews but HAD to leave one for the guys who get frustrated with never being able to actually speak with someone who can comprehend the project and provide real brainstorming for solutions - go here and skip HD nearby. DAVE IS THE GOAT. He was able to get me up and running with my custom blade fabrication idea to go from a dual blade Honda blade system to a single blade system with a higher quality blade.
