Every single sales clerk there is helpful, all of them. They take time to point you in the right direction --- one guy even ran & got me a big battery for the big flashlight I was getting, as I'd looked but couldn't find it.
Nikki was the sweetest worker ever! So helpful and very knowledgeable in what she does!
The guy stopped me on my way in and asked if i needed something in a rude tone. And than basically just shoed me out the door instead of letting me look around for something that would work for my project. Very strange behavior.
Convenient location, large inventory, but expensive. Few on-site parking spaces, some of which may be occupied by seasonal garden offerings. No longer locally owned. Much merchandise available for less within a few miles. Staff can be on the cold side and there seems to be a lot of turnover. Good selection of fasteners (e.g. nuts, bolts, screws) sold individually.
