Snotty!
I brought my pressure washer to this Ace Hardware location looking for honest help and a fair assessment. Instead, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. After going back and forth with staff about what was wrong with my machine, I was given explanations that did not make sense, told different things at different times, and left waiting without proper follow-up. Prices on the shelf mismarked. Rude staff. They also turn the lights off with people in the store at closing when a simple announcement of we close soon would have been sufficient. It was 6pm on a Saturday so it didn't even cross my mind they would be closing. If they would have just simply said that I would have come up to the register right away.
