Went in looking for 16/18 gauge nails. Asked the young man behind the counter where they were. He looked at his phone and said "if" we have them they are down that aisle. They weren't. I found 4 other people restocking in an aisle and asked. Same answer. No help, just go look over there and if we carry them... I know where they're at at Lowes so I put the other items back and made the trip to Lowes. I like shopping local but do expect expect a little more. Guess I'm wrong.
Do yourself a favor and don't go here. They gave some of the worst customer service I have heard of in a long time. My husband went to get a pressure gage from this store. A stack of them were listed for 12.99 under the correct name/serial number for the product. When he went to get checked out, the price raised to 14.99. The cashier did a great job by getting his manager to correct the issue. The manager did not. However, the manager tried to refuse to adjust the price.
