Brought a broken screen to be fixed and make a second screen. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks - it took 6 weeks. Not great but I could live with that. Went to pick it up and they did make the new screen, but the one I brought in for repair they hadn't repaired and they said it was too damaged and they were surprised someone told me it could be fixed. Very helpful in finding what I needed
Bought a cooler here that had some minor damage and needed to be cleaned on the inside. Cashier wouldn't give me a discount at first but then agreed to it after I asked the manager. I used $40 store credit and thwy took 10% the remaining balance so I ended up saving only about $1. I was expecting 10% off the original price for about a $5 savings. Didn't realize it until I got home. Not a big deal but I kinda feel cheated and wanted to share my experience.
My go-to for everything hardware. If they don't carry it, you don't need it. The staff are the best... they can help you fix anything.
