I try to support local businesses anywhere I can but unfortunately my recent experience has changed that after going here multiple times/ week. I pulled the trigger on buying a stihl chainsaw with issues and no resolve. Purchased online and picked up the next day in the store. Just the saw. They forgot to give me the accompanying tools and manual. Got home and the chain was backwards with a loose bar nut.
