They have a lot of good products to repair stuff around the house.
Never buy anything to eat there if you don't like it they will not take it back. I bought a bag of black licorice for my mom. She opened it and took one out and put it in her mouth. She proceeded to spit it out and said it was the worst licorice she ever had. ACE would not take it back. I don't know why they couldn't send it back to the manufacturer and tell them the customer was not happy with the taste.
I recently brought in an FS 56 RC that I had bought from this location for evaluation. Upon starting, the motor shakes violently while idle and under power. The employee that helped me said he had never seen one shake this bad, but there was nothing he could do to help, that they do not service or repair STIHL products at this location. “My manager says we’re not supposed to touch these”.
