I recently brought in an FS 56 RC that I had bought from this location for evaluation. Upon starting, the motor shakes violently while idle and under power. The employee that helped me said he had never seen one shake this bad, but there was nothing he could do to help, that they do not service or repair STIHL products at this location. “My manager says we’re not supposed to touch these”. A hardware store with some nitch stuff.
I received help finding what i needed and help solving my problem with my watering problem. Mike went above and beyond in being helpful.
They wouldn't let me bring my backpack purse in, so didn't shop there
