Matthew was quick, efficient and kind.
I have had about a week thinking about how disrespectful and rudely I was treated simply asking to duplicate a simple key. They don't want to do it, that doesn't bother me, but the rude attitude is beyond what I can remember for decades. Don't want to do it is one thing, but treating a customer this way is just dumb to say the least. I've probably spent an average of $500 a year here for close to 30yrs. Yet another reason to shop at Ace! Rachel was fantastic in creating the perfect example of quality customer service. I had a defective product to return, she had someone helpe find it and no friction to getting it swapped out and not forcing customers to make a scene to get what they need.
Izzy is Absolutely phenomenal and deserves to be celebrated. She is easy going, happy to help, with a great attitude. She totally gets the concept of good customer service. I will be exclusively shopping at this ACE from now on thanks to Izzy. Cheers!
