It's Carbondale what did you expect
Lowes in Glenwood has much better customer service. This ACE Sold me a product that was broken. Within 30 minutes I returned to the store. When I went to return the items they told me I couldn’t return it because I had cut through the bar code… clearly not great customer service. I was already annoyed that I had been able to purchase a broken item that clearly had been previously returned and then they don’t even let me return it and I lost my money.
had my sliding door screens redone and I am I’m quite pleased especially about the service and interaction with Alexa. She did a great job and turned around the job quickly.
Great selection, had everything I needed in my 3 trips to complete a project! Cande specifically was very helpful and knowledgeable.
